These terms and conditions govern the use of the wenvorix.com platform operated by Wenvorix, s.r.o., Company ID: 54 123 456, with registered office at Mlynské Nivy 48, 821 09 Bratislava, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, section: Sro, file no. 156784/B.
1. Definitions
"Platform" means the wenvorix.com website and related services. "Investor" means a natural or legal person using the platform's services. "Project" means a real estate investment opportunity published on the platform.
2. Subject of the service
The platform facilitates collective financing of real estate projects in accordance with EU Regulation 2020/1503 under the supervision of the National Bank of Slovakia. Wenvorix is not an investment advisor and does not provide individual investment recommendations.
3. Registration and verification
Use of the platform requires registration and successful completion of the KYC/AML process. We reserve the right to refuse registration without giving a reason.
4. Investment risks
Investing in real estate crowdfunding involves the risk of partial or full loss of the invested amount. Past returns are no guarantee of future returns. Please carefully read the Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS) before each investment.
5. Fees
Registration and account maintenance are free for investors. Wenvorix charges developers a placement fee ranging from 3% to 6% of the raised amount, depending on the type of project.
6. Intellectual property rights
All content of the platform (texts, graphics, logos, source code) is protected by copyright law and is the property of Wenvorix, s.r.o. or its licensing partners.
7. Liability
Wenvorix is not responsible for the investment decisions of investors. We make every effort to verify projects, but we do not guarantee their successful execution. Full responsibility of the developer arises from the documentation of the specific project.
8. Dispute resolution
Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. The competent court is the general court of the operator unless otherwise stipulated by law. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution through ADR entities.
