Wenvorix, s.r.o., with registered office at Mlynské Nivy 48, 821 09 Bratislava, Company ID: 54 123 456, as the controller, processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Slovak Personal Data Protection Act No. 18/2018 Coll.
1. What data we process
We process your name, surname, email address, phone number, address, date of birth, identification data for AML purposes, banking details and data related to your investment activity on our platform.
2. Purpose of processing
We process your data to provide crowdfunding services, fulfil legal obligations (AML, KYC, tax records), send marketing communication based on your consent and improve our services.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis is the performance of a contract, fulfilment of legal obligations (especially EU Regulation 2020/1503 on European crowdfunding service providers), legitimate interest of the controller and, where relevant, your explicit consent.
4. Retention period
We retain personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the period required by law (typically 10 years for AML documentation and accounting records).
5. Recipients of data
Data may be shared with competent authorities (National Bank of Slovakia, financial intelligence unit, tax authority), processors (EU-based cloud providers, auditors, legal advisors) and payment service partners.
6. Your rights
