Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investing into construction and development projects. You pool your capital with other investors and jointly participate in real estate projects that would be hard to access individually.

Through a digital platform, multiple investors contribute funds to a specific project. After the construction is completed and the agreed milestones are met, profits are distributed proportionally among all participants according to the size of their investment.
